Canadian Shipping Options

International Shipping Options

International shipping options include: USPS First Class International, UPS Worldwide Expedited, and DHL Express Worldwide. Prices vary by country and order weight and are calculated during the checkout process. Please add your items to the cart and proceed to the checkout page to receive your shipping estimate. Please note, USPS shipments are passed to the local mail carrier of your country and once the shipment has reached your country, we are not responsible for mishandled shipments or lost packages. You must file a claim with USPS for possible reimbursement of misplaced packages. Please use UPS or DHL as these are the quickest and most trackable shipping methods for international shipments.

Delivery Times

We aim to process orders placed by 12:00 PM EST on the same business day. We aim to process UPS Second-Day orders placed by 12:00 PM EST on a business day on the same day, for delivery 2 business days following the ship date. Standard and Complimentary Shipping USPS orders placed by 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day, then delivered within 2-7 business days following the ship date.

We have experienced some delays with our carriers and encourage you log in to your account and check your Dashboard for the most up to date tracking information.

Orders placed after the designated cut-off times are typically processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.


International Delivery Times

International delivery varies by country. USPS First Class International delivery times range from 7-21 days.


International Orders

We ship worldwide to many countries – just select your country at checkout. While beauty has no borders, International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Kimiko Beauty does not collect duties and taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO

Shipments to any APO/FPO/DPO address must ship via USPS First Class method.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at:


Order Confirmation/Tracking

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number and details of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll also receive an email to confirm shipment and tracking information. Please be sure to check your spam folder and add to your list of safe recipient to ensure you receive your important order emails.

Payment Methods

When you Buy Now and Check Out, you have the option to pay with ShopPay, GooglePay, PayPal as well as all major credit cards. 

We accept the following Gift Cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Please note all purchases made with a Gift Card are Final Sale.

We do not accept: CODs, personal checks, money orders and some international credit cards.

Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

E-Gift Cards

Terms and Conditions

E-Gift Cards are digital gift cards and will be emailed directly to the recipient's email address after checkout confirmation. For your convenience, an email will be sent to you when your E-Gift Card is sent. Please note, because of spam filters that may block incoming email, if you are not sure your E-Gift Card reached its destination, we highly encourage you to contact the recipient directly. This E-Gift Card can be used as payment for purchases made online at E-Gift Cards cannot be used at our retail partner or department store locations. E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. E-Gift Cards have no expiration date or service fees. Our KIMIKO E-Gift Cards can be purchased on our website only. E-Gift Cards are delivered via email and reach their recipient within 12-24 hours if there are no issues with the order. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient. There is no charge for email delivery. For shipments that contain E-Gift Cards and other items, regular shipping and handling charges will apply for the other items purchased. E-Gift Card amounts are not included in the calculation of shipping and handling charges. 


E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed at Kimiko Beauty Online or by calling 1-855-854-6456 (1-855-8KIMIKO). E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed at any KIMIKO store or partner store locations.

How to redeem a KIMIKO E-Gift Card:

  • Visit to add the items you want to purchase to cart and click Check Out.
  • On the right side of Check Out page, enter your Gift Card number in the space provided for gift cards.
  • When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your E-Gift Card, you will be charged only the remaining balance. All of the value on your E-Gift Card will be used first before a remaining balance will be given.
  • When the amount of your order is less than the value on your E-Gift Card, you will not be charged. Any unused balance will remain on your KIMIKO E-Gift Card.
  • Only one E-Gift Card may be used per order. E-Gift cards may not be combined with any promotional codes.

Sales Tax

No sales tax is charged when buying KIMIKO E-Gift Cards. Purchases paid for with KIMIKO E-Gift Cards are subject to applicable sales tax.

Checking Your Balance

You may check your balance of your E-Gift Card online on the Gift Card page of MY ACCOUNT as well as during checkout.

Lost or stolen E-Gift Cards

Promotional Offer Codes

To use a promo code, simply enter the code into the promo code section of the checkout page. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be applied per online order. Complimentary shipping will automatically apply if the new total, excluding taxes, is over $40.

Please read the details associated with each promo code for the offer period and any restrictions. Promotional codes are valid only at and not at partner retailers or other websites.

Maximum Purchase Policy

Returns and Exchanges


For orders, products may be returned or exchanged by mail within 30 days of the order date.

In order to receive a refund, please email us to request a Return Form for your order. Please fill the form out entirely and include it in your return package, and circle the item(s) on the form that you would like to return. Please mail the item(s) by traceable method to address provided to you on the Return Form. All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender, minus a processing fee of $5.00. Refund processing time varies by financial institution.

To exchange an item, please email us for an Exchange Form. Please indicate the desired product name and shade on the return slip and follow the return procedures. For items that are less than the original order, you will be credited to the original form of payment. If the items are of greater value, you will be contacted for payment details and invoiced the difference. We are happy to apply complimentary shipping when sending products for an exchange.

Do I have to have a KIMIKO account to place a subscription order?

No, you do not need to have a KIMIKO account to manage your subscription preferences. You'll be able to access your subscription account by clicking here and then selecting "Manage Subscription". If you do have an account with KIMIKO, you'll be able to access your subscription preferences directly in your account.

Can I add one-time products to my order?

Yes! You can add one-time products to an upcoming subscription order by logging into your subscription account and selecting the subscription you wish to edit. When editing a subscription, you'll be able to select from a list of products to add to your next order. All edits to your next subscription order must be made 3 business days prior to your next charge date.

Can I add other subscription products to my order?

Each subscription is managed separately to allow flexibility in your shipment schedule. You can add a new subscription by placing an order for the subscription or navigating to your account and adding a subscription there.

How can I update my shipping or billing address on my order?

You can edit your shipping and billing information in your subscription account. Any changes to your shipping or billing information must be made 3 business days prior to your next charge date.

When will my card be charged?

Depending on the frequency you've selected, your card will be charged as soon as your product is ready to ship either 1, 2, 3 or 4 months after you've purchased the subscription. You'll receive an email notification 8 days before we ship out your next order, so you can update your preferences if desired. You can also edit your next shipment date by logging into your subscription account.

Can I use a coupon code on my subscription order?

All subscription products will automatically receive a 5% savings at both the initial point of purchase and for every follow up shipment. If you would like to apply a coupon code at checkout to an order that includes one-time products, the coupon will only be applied to the non-subscription items in your cart.

Can I return a subscription order?

Yes, our subscription products will follow the same returns process as our one-time orders. To learn more about our returns process go to the returns section on this page. Returning a susbcription order won't cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel, you'll need to do so by navigating to your subscription account.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

While we do our best to keep every product in stock, there may be instances where we run out of inventory. In these cases, we'll notify you ahead of time to let you know that your upcoming delivery is on hold. You will not be charged until we are ready to ship your product.

What is the cancelation policy on my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next order ships, as follows:

  • By accessing your subscription account on the KIMIKO website and canceling in your account OR
  • By reaching out to customer support via chat or email

KIMIKO Insider Rewards

The KIMIKO Insider Rewards Program allows you to earn points for purchases and for sharing with friends and reviewing products. Points can then be redeemed on future purchases towards the cost of your order.


Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue reward points, which are then redeemable at time of purchase towards the cost of your order. Rewards are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site and just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal customer.

Earning Insider Rewards Points

Rewards can currently be earned for the following actions:

  • Making purchases — Every time you make a purchase you earn 1 point per dollar of products purchased, and these points are added to your Reward Points balance.

Reward Point Values

Earn 1 reward point for every dollar spent at 10 points is equivalent to $1 and redeemable towards a purchase in increments of 10 points. You may also save up rewards and redeem them on future purchases, where 20 points = $2, 30 points = $3, 40 points = $4, 50 points = $5 etc. 

Redeeming Points

To redeem your reward points, sign in and click the Insider Rewards icon on the lower left our website. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem, you will have the option to Redeem & Save. Click the Redeem button and follow the instructions to decide how many points you'd like to redeem. Reward Coupons may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion codes or gift cards.

Managing My Points

You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Account when signed in. You will be able to view your total points and redeems them as well as see your available rewards from the Insider Rewards button found on the lower left side of our website. 

Do my points expire?

Reward points expire 1 calendar year after they were issued. You will receive a reminder email when your points are about to expire. Any points transferred from our previous platform will expire one calendar year from the date of the current site going live. Any held points prior to March 31st 2021 will be good through March 31st, 2022.

Reward Points Maximum

If you have reached up to 1000 reward points, you will need to redeem some of your accrued points before you are able to earn more points.
